Home Monitoring ------ $20.00 per visit (up to $60.00 per month).  We can save you hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars by making you aware of problems before they become a real problem!

Platinum Membership:  Includes weekly in home walk through visits with weekly email updates on your home. All for the low price of $60.00 on monthly membership or $690.00 on an annual membership.  Also included in our annual Platinum membership is up to 10% discounts on home & property maintenance services we provide!  These services would include the following home repairs & maintenance:  plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, “handyman” services, minor remodeling, landscape maintenance, painting & staining, driveway maintenance, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning.

Gold Membership:  Includes bi-weekly in home walk through visits with bi-weekly email updates on your home.  All for the low price of $35.00 on a monthly membership or $400 on an annual membership.  With our annual membership you will be eligible for up to 5% discounts on select home and property maintenance services we provide!  These services would include the following repairs & mantenance:  Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and staining, gutter cleaning, driveway maintenance, and window cleaning.

Silver Membership:  Includes a once-a-month walkthrough visit with a monthly email update on your home.  All for the low price of $20 on a monthly membership and $230.00 on an annual membership.

Members and Non-Members:  We provide many Additional Services that you and your home may require.  Please feel free to check our unlimited home care services!!  Our staff is eager to serve you!

Additional Home Care Services

Weekend Prep --- Prior to your arrival:  Turn on the water & water heater, adjust the thermostat to your desired temperature, and a through walk through to make sure all is well and ready for your arrival!  Weekend Prep is a $25.00 service.
Weekend Close up --- After you have gone:  Turn off the water and “drain the house down” (if that is possible) or relieve pressure from the water lines, turn off the water heater, adjust the thermostat to “away levels” and a through walk through to assure that all windows and doors are locked up tight! Weekend Close-up is a $30.00 service.
Housekeeping --- House cleaning, window cleaning, laundry service, etc.  All these services can be provided to you at your request.  Housekeeping services may be a quoted price or an hourly cost based on which services you require.
Grocery shopping --- Stock you refrigerator:  As a weekly service or a weekend treat….. Let us handle the daunting task of braving the traffic and lines in the grocery store! Grocery shopping is an hourly service provided at the cost of your groceries (purchased from your emailed list) and a $25 per hour fee (2 hour minimum charge outside of the town Payson).
End/Beginning of Season Home Checkup --- Searching for the problems, before you find them!  A comprehensive home check-up to visually search for possible:  new plumbing leaks, insect or rodent damage or infestations, water damage, roof leaks or damage, potential septic issues, and all the other “things” that you do not want to discover as your company is arriving on the first big Holliday of the season! Seasonal Home Check-up is a $55.00 service.
Full service home and property maintenance --- We offer EVERY service your home and property could possibly EVER need. Just ask us for a quote on anything that you might need done at your home this year, including painting, new windows, doors, siding, remodeling, additions, garages, decks, driveway maintenance and more!
Full service landscaping and yard maintenance --- Let our professional staff keep that yard looking in tip-top shape! We can quote you a price to do monthly yard and landscaping services or let us help you design a landscaping plan that suits your property!
Firewood & Tina’s Weekend Fire “kits” --- Tired of chasing fire wood down, making sure it is delivered, and that you’ve received the quantity what you’ve paid for?  Let us handle that for you!  We can provide you with wood “By the Cord” delivered to your door, stacked where YOU want it!  Ask Tina about her signature “Weekend Wood Kit” for hours of warmth and enjoyment without having the hassle of an unsightly pile of wood or having to deal with those tiny wood bundles you see about town!  Weekend Wood Kits are $30 each.
Weekly Jacuzzi maintenance --- Ever wonder or worry how bad the condition of your hot tub water is?  Wouldn’t it be nice if you only had to use your hot tub and never worry about the chemicals?  Well now you can!  We will handle your weekly water maintenance and if your hot tub should ever malfunction we can even handle getting it repaired for you.  No extra trips to meet the repair man one or more times, we will meet the repair man, make sure he completes the repair, pay him, and then bill you for the repair. Cost for the weekly hot tub water maintenance will be $9 per week for Platinum Members, $15 per week for Gold Members, $17 per week for Silver Members, and $20 per week for Non-members or we can quote you a custom you a price based on bi-weekly or monthly water maintenance.  These prices include the cost of all the chemicals used to keep your Jacuzzi water in tip-top shape!!  We also offer a twice per year (spring & fall) drain and fill service with filter cleaning as recommended by your hot tub manufacturer this service will include draining all water, cleaning the tub and filter, refilling, and the “start up“ of the new water, including chemicals.  The cost per drain and fill service will be $100.00.
Snow Removal --- We will make sure that you have a clear path all the way to your front door, no matter how much snow is out there.  Just call ahead and we will make sure that your driveway is clear and ready for your arrival.   Snow removal is a one hour minimum plus mobiization, $90.00 per hour.
